Double Impact 1991

Alex and Chad are twins who were separated from each other after their parents' death. Chad was raised by a family in Paris, while Alex became a pickpocket in Hong Kong. Chad finds Alex after seeing a photo of him and convinces him that his rival in Hong Kong is the man who killed their parents.
